Expansion of the Government Finance Section
The government finance section in the monthly review has been expanded to include information on state enterprises, in addition to the previously included state budget economy and state funds outside the budget.
Due to this expansion, the reports are not comparable to previous years. The reports do not contain comparative data, as information on state enterprises is not available for the year 2024.
As new reports, the government finance section now includes the income and expense account and balance sheet for government finances.
Changes in the Chart of Accounts Affect Comparability of Budget Economy Calculations
Due to changes in the state chart of accounts that came into effect at the beginning of 2025, the income and expense account and balance sheet for the budget economy are not fully comparable to previous years. The most significant change is the removal of extraordinary income and expenses.
